Once applied, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of postponed or abandoned matches, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports betting rules. Live betting markets remain open until the conclusion of the relevant event or period. mata4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may escalate the matter to formal mediation. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where mata4d is licensed, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
All content on the mata4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of mata4d or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from mata4d.
You may request closure of your mata4d Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or investigations. mata4d reserves the right to close or suspend your Account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. In the event of account closure by mata4d, we will return your Real Money Balance unless the closure is due to breach of Terms, in which case funds may be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mata4d is licensed and regulated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
